Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Reseller Central you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Reseller Central.

Reseller Central is an inventory and profit tracking tool for clothing resellers. We provide a dashboard, AI-assisted listing generation, receipt scanning, and related features to help you manage your reselling business.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Upload images that contain illegal content.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without our written permission.

You own the data you enter into Reseller Central — your inventory, listings, and sales records are yours. We process it solely to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export all your sales data as a CSV at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

The free plan is available indefinitely and includes the core features listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with 30 days' notice.

The Pro plan (when available) is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

The AI listing generator and receipt scanner use large language models to suggest content. Suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing listings.

Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information (e.g. faces, documents with personal details). Images are processed in real time and are not stored.

All software, design, and content comprising Reseller Central (excluding your data) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Reseller Central is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available. Profit and tax figures shown are based on the data you enter — they are not financial or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period (or £10 if you are on the free plan).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
