Privacy Policy

Reseller Central is an inventory and profit tracking tool for clothing resellers. When this policy refers to "Reseller Central", "we", "us", or "our", it means the operator of this service. You can contact us at sebastianseymour181@gmail.com.

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed credential via Supabase Auth).
• Inventory and sales data — the items, listings, and sales you enter. This is your data and exists solely to power your dashboard.
• Preferences — your chosen theme, currency, country, and language settings.
• AI usage — a count of how many times you use the AI listing generator and receipt scanner each month (to enforce free-tier limits). We do not store the images you upload beyond the duration of the API call.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

• To provide and operate the Reseller Central service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To enforce free-tier usage limits.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset).
• To improve the service based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating this service.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Reseller Central. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and we share only the minimum data required:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Your inventory data lives here, protected by Row Level Security so only you can access it.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes images you upload for AI listing generation and receipt scanning. Images are not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration of the request.
• Vercel — hosts the application and serves the website.

Your inventory data is isolated using Supabase Row Level Security — no other user can read, modify, or access your records. Passwords are never stored in plain text. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

You have the right to:

• Access your data — you can export all your sales via the CSV export feature at any time.
• Delete your account and all associated data — contact us at sebastianseymour181@gmail.com and we will delete everything within 30 days.
• Correct inaccurate data — update your name and preferences directly in Settings.
• Object to processing — contact us if you have concerns about how we use your data.

If you are based in the UK or EU, these rights are provided under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Server logs are purged after 30 days.

Reseller Central is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data beyond what is described in this policy, and we do not use personal data for advertising regardless of age.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
